Job summary

Multipli Credit Union in Jefferson City, Missouri, seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, Real Estate to lead its real estate lending strategy and servicing operations.

Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, the SVP will manage mortgage production and servicing, including loan lifecycle administration, payment processing, escrow management, delinquency monitoring, and default-resolution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong mortgage lending, strategic planning, portfolio management, and secondary-market expertise are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the real estate lending strategy and align with corporate goals.
• Oversee day-to-day and strategic management of real estate servicing functions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer, the SVP will develop and execute a long-range real estate lending strategy aligned with corporate goals and evolving market opportunities. The SVP will also oversee the day-to-day and strategic management of real estate servicing functions, including loan lifecycle administration, payment processing, escrow account management, delinquency monitoring, and default-resolution activities. The executive will ensure servicing operations are efficient, compliant, member-focused, and aligned with portfolio performance and risk-management objectives. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and bring a minimum of five years of senior leadership experience within the financial services industry. Strong mortgage lending, strategic planning, portfolio management, and secondary-market expertise are preferred.
