This senior leader will oversee complex accounting activities, strengthen financial processes, and collaborate with operational and executive teams to support business performance and strategic initiatives. A CPA with extensive real estate accounting experience and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership.
• Strong real estate accounting and development experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and establish priorities to support accurate financial processes.
• Oversee development accounting, project costs, budgets across real estate projects.
• Direct financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, and internal controls.
• Review project financials, funding activities, and analyses to support decisions.
• Ensure accounting activities and reporting align with policies and controls.
• Lead improvements to accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes.
