The company acquires existing light-industrial and warehouse properties in major U.S. markets and renovates them into modern, flexible spaces designed for small businesses, contractors, service providers, and growing local companies.
This executive will oversee a national construction program consisting of approximately 25 to 30 projects annually and roughly $150-200 million in construction activity. With a significant pipeline of acquisitions and projects ahead, this individual will be responsible for creating the people, processes, and external partnerships needed to support continued expansion.

This is an opportunity to build a best-in-class construction organization within a well-capitalized real estate company entering a significant stage of national growth.
The position can be based in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area or Dallas, TX and requires regular travel to projects and markets across the country.
The ideal candidate has led a high-volume (20+ projects per year), multi-market construction department involving the consistent rollout of a repeatable construction concept nationwide. Experience with light industrial/warehouse or big box retail is highly preferred.
The anticipated total annual cash compensation range is $350,000 to $450,000, inclusive of base salary and annual incentive compensation. The package also includes a meaningful long-term equity opportunity.
