LocumTenens.com, part of Jackson Healthcare, seeks a Senior Vice President of Accounting to lead accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting in a fast-growing healthcare staffing environment. You will oversee Customer Credit & Collections, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Systems, shaping strategy with the executive team while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• 15+ years in accounting/finance
• 10+ years in progressive leadership roles
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience in staffing, healthcare, or professional services preferred
• Experience with Workday and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to the president and executive team
• Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Oversee GAAP-compliant accounting and financial reporting
• Manage a five-person exempt accounting team
• Drive process improvements and technology to enhance efficiency
• Support profitability analyses in collaboration with sales
