Qualifications

15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in provider contracting and related healthcare environments.
Bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration, Public Health or related field required.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale provider spend and total cost of care initiatives.
Experience negotiating high-value agreements with integrated delivery systems and large provider networks.
Masters degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees enterprise provider strategy development to meet organizational objectives across markets.
Leads development of multi-year roadmaps to achieve common standards across contracts.
Establishes data reporting, standards and tools to support nationwide contracting performance.
Manages vendor and direct contract relationships for KPIC, including pricing vendors.
Champions provider contracting community of practice and cross-functional training.
