Job description

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of ARCAS LLC, the primary mandate of the SVP, Investment Banking will be to lead advisory services on capital raising and M&A transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Marketing, prospecting, and overseeing the execution and closing of transactions.

• Managing future junior investment banking members of the team.

• Activities are anticipated to be broadly evenly split between capital raising and M&A advisory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Extensive insurance industry management relationships

• Extensive contacts with institutional investors

Education and/or Experience:

• Mandatory University Graduate

• Mandatory 10 years' experience as a registered representative of a broker dealer

• Experience across a number of capital instruments and types of transactions strongly preferred

• Mandatory minimum FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 79
• Series 24 preferred
