  • Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing IT leadership team, building the capabilities, accountability, and succession needed to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to executive and functional leaders, aligning technology priorities and investments with business goals, operational needs, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, operational performance, and employee or customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify high-value AI use cases, establish appropriate governance and adoption plans, and lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partner with business and commercial leaders to co-lead the development and execution of eCommerce capabilities, ensuring technology solutions support digital growth, customer experience, and evolving business needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility in a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience leading technology in multi-site manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, chemical, or similarly complex operations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise IT strategies and multi-year roadmaps tied to business and financial outcomes
  • Significant ERP and enterprise applications experience; major ERP transformation, upgrade, or implementation experience strongly preferred; SAP/S/4HANA experience is highly relevant
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technology and IT/OT environments, cybersecurity, infrastructure/cloud, data and analytics, AI/automation, and business continuity
  • Experience managing significant budgets, vendors, sourcing models, and enterprise-wide transformation in fast-paced environments
