Publicis Groupe seeks an exceptional SVP, Health Strategy to lead insight-led thinking, creator intelligence, and strategic rigor across our Healthcare Practice. This leadership role shapes the vision, practice, and output of Strategy & Analytics with direct impact on brand equity and growth for clients.

You will guide how influence is activated and measured, lead a team of strategists, and translate culture and data into creator-first strategies that drive business outcomes.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in health strategy or related senior roles.
• Experience leading strategy and analytics for healthcare/brand accounts.
• Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into influencer programs that drive business results.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable strategic narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Set and lead the strategic vision for Influential’s Health accounts across divisions.
• Partner with agency and client leadership to align creator work with brand goals.
• Translate culture and platform trends into creator-first strategies that deliver results.
• Guide evolution of frameworks and audience analysis across the portfolio.
• Turn complex data into tight strategic stories bridging analytics and creative direction.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team of strategists and cross-functional collaborators.
