NU Advisory Partners is leading the search for a strategic executive to oversee enterprise-wide planning, performance optimization, and long-range growth initiatives for a multifaceted tech-enabled media and entertainment company. As SVP, Growth Strategy & Corporate Development, this leader will collaborate across functions and business units to shape strategy, assess growth opportunities, and lead transformational programs that drive competitive advantage. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring fluency in analytics, business design, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmapping & Business Alignment

  • Shape the long-range strategic agenda in close partnership with executive leadership
  • Lead the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, ensuring enterprise alignment and measurable targets
  • Identify macro trends, emerging risks, and growth opportunities across industries, markets, and customer segments

Transformation & Performance Improvement

  • Direct cross-functional initiatives aimed at unlocking efficiency, strengthening execution, and enhancing organizational agility
  • Advance data-driven operating models and ensure analytics capabilities are embedded across teams
  • Implement enterprise-wide transformation programs to modernize systems, optimize resourcing, and expand margin potential
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts to inform market positioning, product direction, and whitespace opportunities
  • Evaluate new business models, commercial partnerships, and investment opportunities in alignment with corporate goals
  • Champion digital innovation and new technology adoption to improve customer value and enterprise scalability

Investment Planning & M&A

  • Assess strategic fit and business case viability for acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
  • Lead scenario modeling, financial diligence, and post-deal integration planning in collaboration with finance and business units
  • Oversee strategic capital allocation frameworks that align with performance and long-term value creation

Leadership, Team Building & Communication

  • Lead a high-performing team across strategic planning, analytics, and market development
  • Provide executive-level updates on strategic progress, performance metrics, and emerging priorities to the CEO, Board, and investor stakeholders
  • Serve as a thought partner across functions, fostering collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the organization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in corporate strategy, transformation leadership, consulting, private equity, or investment banking
  • Direct experience leading complex strategy and planning efforts within multi-business-unit organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to turn market and internal data into actionable insights, plans, and execution frameworks
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, margin improvement, or operational scalability
  • Strong background in data analytics, enterprise KPI development, and dashboard creation
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions, business units, and executive teams
  • Adept at managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing strategy and insights teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
