As SVP, Growth Strategy, you are dentsu X's strategic lead on new business – the person who owns the pitch from first brief to final room. You write the agency's strategic response, shape how dentsu X positions itself for each prospective client, and set the direction that every contributing team works to. You are as comfortable distilling a complex opportunity onto a single page as you are commanding a room with an inspiring, data‑informed story. The annual base salary range for this position is $197,225 - $250,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
