Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Vice President – Information Architect to shape target-state architecture across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will influence information governance, data strategies, and enterprise AI adoption with leadership across engineering, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.

You will partner across domains to ensure standards, drive innovation, and deliver durable, scalable architecture programs at a global scale within the Middle Office & Shared

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on information architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability across enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise across relational, NoSQL, and graph database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes.
• Proficiency in data analytics, data mining tools, and data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience influencing across functions to deliver modern target-state architecture.
• Extensive cloud-native experience with hybrid and multi-cloud models.
• Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity.
• Ability to assess and validate AI-assisted architecture recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead on information architecture strategy across multiple products, applications, and technologies.
• Translate complex issues for senior leadership to drive innovation and decisions.
• Drive adoption and implementation of technical methods in information architecture fields.
• Establish and lead architecture governance, defining standards and guardrails.
• Create durable frameworks to improve velocity and quality across teams.
• Partner across domains to reduce tooling duplication and maintain lifecycle governance.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and adoption readiness.
• Lead reuse-first adoption of AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted workflows including traceability and security.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
