Job summary

State Street is seeking an SVP, Head of Cyber & Information Security Oversight to lead the global Cyber Risk Oversight within ETRM. The role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk assessment, and regulatory collaboration at the executive level.

You will establish risk appetite, drive policy frameworks, and mentor a seasoned team of cyber risk professionals while engaging with regulators and senior IT leaders to strengthen the bank's risk posture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services or technology with executive cyber risk leadership
• CISO/Deputy CISO or equivalent in a G-SIB
• CISSP or equivalent is required
• Strong communication with C-level and regulators
• Knowledge of FFIEC, NIST-CSF, COBIT, MITRE ATT&CK

Responsibilities

• Establish global Cybersecurity Risk Oversight in ETRM
• Advise State Street CISO function and set risk appetite
• Lead analytics and reporting for cyber risk
• Chair governance forums and drive risk management policies
• Regulatory interaction with FCA/PRA, HKMA, MAS, ECB
