Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President of Finance for its Foundation in Scottsdale. You will provide executive leadership over all financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with philanthropic priorities.

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will partner with the Board and Trustees, oversee budgeting, grants, gift accounting and donor-restricted funds, and lead a team to deliver accurate, timely financial information to guide

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior-level financial management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
• Experience leading finance teams and partnerships with Boards/Trustees.
• Experience with GAAP, Federal Grant Regulations (OMB Uniform Guidance), and nonprofit cost principles.
• Experience in fundraising or related business management field.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive financial leadership and strategic oversight of the Foundation's finances.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, grants administration, and donor-restricted funds.
• Lead internal controls, financial systems, and external audit processes.
• Collaborate with Health System finance leadership and the President/CEO.
