This is a strategic, full-cycle leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and leading a high-performing team across sales, relationship management, and consulting. You will play a critical role in evolving our partnerships strategy, strengthening account retention, and developing scalable systems to support sustainable revenue expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy

  • Own and exceed annual revenue targets, working with the C-suite/President to establish clear sales goals and quotas.
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts: outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, referrals, and closing.
  • Maintain and optimize a robust pipeline using Salesforce, with proactive forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and whitespace opportunities to drive recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on sales enablement, pricing strategy, and campaign targeting.

Client Partnerships & Account Growth

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Consultants + Sales Enablement/Ops, focused on delivering exceptional B2B client service.
  • Design and implement scalable client-engagement and retention strategies, including QBRs and health checks.
  • Ensure best-in-class client experiences that drive upsells, renewals, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish processes for onboarding, growth planning, and client-satisfaction tracking.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve and help lead the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and cultural stewardship.
  • Align partnership and account strategies with broader business objectives, including focused and meaningful programmatic expansion (alongside SVP, Programs) and difference-making consultative client solutions (alongside Consultants).
  • Promote a culture of performance, learning, and accountability across the full sales / sales ops / sales enablement teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, Programs, and Finance to align on growth goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage key strategic partnerships within multiple Fortune 500 companies, across significant industries such as pharma, tech, ecommerce, and adjacent industries.
  • Leverage your network and industry insight to establish Decker as an embedded, long-term communications partner in existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and partner agencies to unlock new market access.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, and client management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing sales and client teams.
  • Strong experience working with Fortune 500 companies and/or consulting environments.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and sales process optimization knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor—both a leader and a doer.
  • Data-driven, with strong forecasting, planning, and financial acumen.
  • Highly relational, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments.
  • Player-coach mindset—motivated to lead, build, and support your team’s success.

What We Offer

  • Annual exempt salary range of $200,000 – $250,000 based on experience
