As our SVP, Client Delivery you'll lead the Client Delivery department, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of all in-market client experiences, and in doing so, you'll transform how our teams work together and deliver our programs. In your partnership, you'll be both a strategic business partner and a visionary leader, shaping how we deliver exceptional results for our clients while building and inspiring a high-performing department.

The Client Delivery department is comprised of the In-Market Experience, Global Event Operations, Events & Venues, Hospitality Operations, Travel, & Fleet.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence. You'll shape the future of the Client Delivery Team by developing innovative short- and long-term operational strategies that drive excellence and exceed client program objectives. You'll be the architect of cross-functional collaboration, directing the implementation of strategic business and operational initiatives that directly impact how the organization delivers client programs.
  • Financial & Operational Analysis. You'll become a trusted strategic advisor to the C-suite by translating complex operating and financial data into actionable insights. You'll dig deep into trends and performance metrics, uncovering opportunities that inform critical business decisions. Your analysis and perspective will drive how leadership shapes strategy and tactics across the organization.
  • Resourcing & Department Leadership. You'll take ownership of building and optimizing a high-performing Client Delivery department, strategically structuring resources to exceed both client-specific and departmental goals. You'll guide pricing, infrastructure, and resourcing decisions that maximize value and performance for every client engagement. You'll build and inspire a world-class team through strategic hiring, development, and mentorship. You’re passionate about evaluating performance, setting priorities, providing meaningful feedback, and championing improvements that boost productivity and drive efficiency. You'll create a culture where talent thrives and organizational goals flourish.
  • Client Relations & Business Development. You'll elevate client partnerships as the senior Client Delivery representative. You'll sit at the table during brand and marketing strategy sessions, shaping client success stories from the ground up. You'll champion new business opportunities by working closely with the Growth and Consulting teams to respond to RFPs with the right people and solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation. You'll stay ahead of the curve by championing continuous improvement and embracing industry best practices. You'll lead system implementations, evaluate and optimize processes, and proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure the organization is delivering maximum value at competitive costs. You'll demonstrate adaptability by introducing tools and practices that elevate both team performance and agency.

The annual range for this role varies between $175,000 - $250,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
