An established industry player is seeking a Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel to lead legal teams in providing advice across various business areas. The Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel will assist other attorneys in the department and senior members of the business, including the Deputy General Counsel and the Chief Legal Officer, with leading the teams that provide legal advice in multiple areas of the company's business, with a focus on (i) the Institution Services relationship business (including relationships with our insurance company / product manufacturing segment), and (ii) development and deployment of new services to our advisors and institutions, as well as cash, banking and lending products.
This role will report to the Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel within the Legal Department's Advice, Business and Commercial legal group. The role will require frequent interaction with the company's business teams that support the distribution and sale of a wide variety of financial products, as well as executives and legal personnel at our clients. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
