Colonial Group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for ASC Operations SWOT, an executive leader responsible for rapid deployment to ambulatory surgery centers requiring stabilization or transformation. The role demands a dynamic operator who diagnoses systemic issues, implements corrective strategies, and drives measurable improvements in clinical quality, financial health, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in ASC operations or surgical services.
• Demonstrated success in operational turnaround, performance improvement, and cost containment.
• Strong knowledge of ASC regulations, payer dynamics (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial), and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational turnaround and performance optimization initiatives across clinical, administrative, and financial functions, with an expectation to achieve full operational readiness within 30 days of deployment.
• Diagnose root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans with timely actions and measurable results.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective surgical services aligned with mission, values, and patient care standards.
• Implement best practices in OR utilization, scheduling, supply chain management, and staffing to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for quality, financial, and operational performance; course-correct to sustain momentum.
