Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking an Education Management Trainee (Math Teacher + Business Operations) for its Silicon Valley team. The program targets recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about math education and leadership in education technology.

You will teach math while supporting core operations, coaching teachers, and driving enrollment across departments. The role offers a fast-track path to department leadership and cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred).
• Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for teaching and working with students.

Responsibilities

• Teach math classes and manage grading homework and parent meetings.
• Support business operations and cross-functional collaboration (operations and marketing) to drive enrollment and program success.
• Provide guidance to teachers through coaching sessions and mock lessons.
• Conduct classroom observations and give actionable feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans.
• Weekend classes may be required to support student learning and retention.

About This Role

Think Academy U.S. Silicon Valley is seeking a Future Leadership Program (Business Operations + Teaching) for our Teaching Team. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about math education and aspire to become future leaders in the industry.

This role is involved of teaching and business operations, where you will teach while supporting key operational functions across different school departments. This is a fast-track leadership program, with the opportunity to grow into roles such as Department Manager, or other leadership positions.

• Business Operation
• Develop and implement effective teaching management strategies to enhance the quality of lesson delivered by our teaching staff-
• Provide guidance to teachers through mock lessons and coaching sessions
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
• Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans
• Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to support enrollment and program success
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to understand needs and provide personalized learning support
• Math Instruction ( Required )
• Deliver math classes ,grading homework and parent meeting
• Work with teaching management team to advance teaching-related services
• Classes on weekend will be required
• Support student retention across assigned grade levels

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Structure:

• 75K - 85K annual base pay + teaching and business operation commission)
• H1B ,OPT available for qualified candidates
