About This Role

Think Academy U.S. Silicon Valley is seeking a Future Leadership Program (Business Operations + Teaching) for our Teaching Team. This role is designed for recent graduates and early‑career professionals who are passionate about math education and aspire to become future leaders in the industry.

This role involves teaching and business operations; you will teach while supporting key operational functions across different school departments. It is a fast‑track leadership program, offering the opportunity to grow into roles such as Department Manager or other leadership positions.

Business Operation

• Develop and implement effective teaching management strategies to enhance the quality of lessons delivered by our teaching staff.
• Provide guidance to teachers through mock lessons and coaching sessions.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations and marketing teams to support enrollment and program success.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to understand needs and provide personalized learning support.

Math Instruction

• Deliver math classes, grade homework, and conduct parent meetings.
• Work with teaching management team to advance teaching‑related services.
• Classwork on weekends will be required.
• Support student retention across assigned grade levels.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred).
• Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Passion for teaching and working with students.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Structure:

• Start at $50-70 per teaching hour + $20-25 per non‑teaching hour, plus teaching commission bonus of 15%-30%; targeting $70K - $85K annual pay for your first year.
