Qualifications

• Understanding of food allergies and cross-contact prevention (training provided).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong sense of urgency.
• Prior restaurant or food running experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food quickly and accurately using proper seat numbers—no “auctioning” food.
• Verify each dish against the ticket before leaving the kitchen.
• Clearly identify and confirm allergy-specific meals before delivering to the table.
• Communicate directly with expo, kitchen staff, and servers regarding modifications and allergy alerts.
• Announce dishes confidently and confirm with guests when delivering allergy-sensitive items.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service stations.
• Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs when appropriate.
• Support smooth communication between front and back of house during peak service.

The ideal candidate understands the importance of seat numbers, allergy protocols, and precise plate delivery in a high-volume environment.
