Job summary

KBR Careers is looking for a Sustainment Master Scheduler to support the Space Systems Command at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs. This role involves managing a detailed Integrated Master Schedule, analyzing critical paths, and interacting with government stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold an active DoW SECRET clearance and be proficient in Microsoft Project. A Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in planning/scheduling is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $75,000–$115,000 and includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active DoW SECRET clearance.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional.
• Scheduling process expertise, including best practices.
• Skillful in creating Schedule Management Reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.
• Analyze and monitor critical paths in schedules.
• Participate in monthly schedule briefings on program status.
• Prepare monthly IMS deliveries using DI-MGMT-81661.
• Travel up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
