As the Sustainment Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our molders to maintain our fleet of injection molding tool sets. You will support supplier quality to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective action and support operations internally by investigating production issues and implementing appropriate solutions. You will act as a technical subject matter expert for internal stakeholders supporting every brand under Collectors. You’ll report to the *Manager of Mechanical Design Engineering* and ***work onsite from our Santa Ana, CA office.
