Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a Sustainment Analyst to provide program support for the TAAS program at Hanscom AFB in Massachusetts. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sustainment, a related bachelor's, knowledge of NC3 programs and policies, and strong communication skills. Applicants must be a US citizen with a Top Secret clearance and be able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sustainment of programs and operations support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of NC3 programs, missions, policies and objectives, and related management principles.
• Understanding of budgetary and financial management principles as they relate to long range planning.
• Strong written and oral communications; ability to develop presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on evaluation of NC3 sustainment programs and operations.
• Assess supply chain effectiveness, potential DMSMS issues, system availability and trends.
