Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and sustaining engineering support across Eaton's hazardous and industrial electrical product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, ECOs, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Lead complex engineering investigations, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier transitions, product enhancements, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Exercise sound engineering judgment to address product and process issues and perform RCA.
