Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Sophomore to senior with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering design principles and product development.
• Experience with 3D CAD software; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
• Basic GD&T understanding.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of new products and product improvements.
• Create and update engineering documentation, including CAD models, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and test reports.
• Support engineering analyses to evaluate product concepts, performance, and feasibility.
• Participate in product testing and validation activities, including data collection and documentation of results.
• Assist with comparative product testing and evaluation.
• Utilize 3D CAD software to develop and revise product designs.
• Utilize FEA and CFD to simulate product performance.
• Support DFM and DFA initiatives.
• Organize engineering data, test results, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Product Management teams.
• Assist engineering staff with technical problem-solving and project execution.
