Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse team during the day shift. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate movements, and ensure accurate inventory while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
Safety first—follow safety protocols and use appropriate resources to perform all functions.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Proven team player.

Responsibilities

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
