Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Tigard, OR at Bridgeport Village. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our values in every interaction.

You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture, with some limited operational duties to keep the store well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and connection-building skills
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays)

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to customers with presentation, communication and product knowledge
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture by modeling collaborative behavior
• Execute stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store organization
• Follow store policies and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance
