Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree (preferred fields: Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Packaging Design, Engineering).
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must pass Mountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Interest in packaging design, sustainability, and cost optimization in a manufacturing setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement & strategic sourcing initiatives focused on sustainable packaging solutions, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze packaging materials, supplier data, market trends, and sustainability requirements to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop data-driven forecasts and reports to support procurement planning and decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to Procurement leadership to support future sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
