Huhtamaki in Alabama seeks an Inspector Packer to inspect and pack finished cartons from the Flexo and N-Line machines, ensuring product quality, food safety, and line efficiency in a manufacturing environment. You will follow all safety rules, wear PPE such as ear protection, hair net and glasses, assist machine operators, and keep the area clean and organized.

This role requires physical stamina for 8–12 hour shifts and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds daily, while adhering to SQF standards

Formación

• Must maintain continuous attention to detail during production.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week with possible overtime.
• Must use PPE: ear protection, hair net, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Observe safety rules and work safely to avoid injury.
• Inspect and pack finished cartons into a corrugated box.
• Assist Flexo and/or N-Line Operator.
• Clean area around machine.
• Re-inspect cartons and visually inspect products for defects.
• Communicate with supervisors and operators about safety, quality, production.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
