Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
• Basic math and reporting skills for production data entry.
• Proficient in reading and writing English; able to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for system usage (BPCS, TWI, Pi, FileMaker, NWA).

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in Convocan department following safety standards and production schedules.
• Load and unload unwind stands and perform start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Perform machine adjustments, troubleshoot faults, and call for maintenance when needed.
• Record production and downtime data in the PI and BPCS/NWA systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to SQF standards; participate in Lean events as scheduled.
