Job summary

The role blends creativity with technical rigor, requiring site planning, sustainable design, and a solid understanding of land surveying principles. You will analyze sites, develop conceptual and detailed plans, coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and environmental consultants, apply green infrastructure and coding standards, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of sustainable design and low-impact development practices are essential.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are required.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal landscape design codes and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and collaborate with surveying team to assess site conditions.
• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans balancing function, aesthetics and sustainability.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, planners and environmental consultants for project integration.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and green infrastructure strategies.
• Present design concepts to clients and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure designs align with codes and regulations.
