Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and state-required teaching certification.
• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential for family engagement and classroom leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum aligned with Sustainable Education principles.
• Lead classroom operations and routines to promote environmental stewardship.
• Supervise children with safety protocols and document observations.
• Engage families through conferences, events, and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with teachers to strengthen curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
