Qualifications

• Background check required by state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and high school graduate or GED.
• Experience with young children is preferred; positions emphasize teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and learning experiences for whole-child development.
• Maintain organized, eco-minded classroom practices and sustainable routines.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor experiences.
• Engage families with sustainable communication and participation in events.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate to enhance curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
