Stryker Group is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to promote a portfolio of technical and reprocessed medical products. You will lead lead generation plans, inform customers of new products and pricing, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with healthcare facilities.

This role emphasizes independent judgment and strong industry knowledge. The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, with travel to healthcare facilities as part of the routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience in sales or related field.
• 2-5 years in outside commercial sales with a proven record of achievement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Healthcare Facilities: Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, educating them on our programs and their environmental and financial benefits.
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Tailor action plans to meet customer needs, achieve revenue goals, and drive growth within your territory.
• Strengthen Customer Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships, delivering value and addressing evolving needs.
• Conduct Business Reviews and Presentations: Participate in reviews to educate and influence stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Keep current with product offerings, market trends, and competitive insights to better serve your clients.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns, support product training, and ensure successful program implementation.
