Job summary

PMCS Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Engineer III - Sustainability in the Los Angeles area to drive energy and sustainability capital projects from concept to closeout.

You will help manage solar, microgrids, decarbonization efforts, and related systems across multiple campuses. The role requires strong project management, technical coordination, and collaboration with district stakeholders to ensure projects meet budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of project or construction management experience for large-scale facilities.
• Willing to live in or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
• Public education facilities experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scoping and documentation for district-wide sustainability projects.
• Coordinate design reviews, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
• Track schedules, budgets, and project reports; maintain project records.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and stakeholder communications.
• Support commissioning, closeout, and record documentation.
