Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a talented Intern to join our Business Support Center and Sustainability teams at the Johns Creek, GA facility. You will help optimize processes, contribute to strategic projects, and support engagement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

The internship requires current enrollment in an accredited college or university, a 3.0 GPA (preferred), and completion of minimum credit hours.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced-degree student in good academic standing.
• Enrollment at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship/co-op.
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours; grads at least 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Participate in business improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in event planning, employee engagement activities, and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support projects.
• Support planning and execution of sustainability initiatives and campaigns.
