Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Science, Resource Management, Education, Public Administration or a related field, or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understands the county agreements; develops and implements programs to achieve and surpass contractual metrics.
• Conducts outreach to multifamily properties, educating residents to change behavior and improve recycling practices.
• Designs and delivers educational programs and presentations focused on achieving sustainability goals.
• Conducts site surveys and waste audits to make credible recommendations aligned with operational capacity.
• Uses WM knowledge to ensure flawless execution of service delivery.
