Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging North America is seeking a Sr. Sustainability & Marketing Analyst to manage data platforms, drive reporting accuracy, and support LCAs across packaging lines.

You will partner with Commercial, R&D, Operations and Corporate Sustainability to enable strategic decisions and customer engagements. The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional communication, and proactive program management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, market research, or analytics.
• Experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability data platforms, data quality, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics across program areas (PCR, recyclability, transportation).
• Lead LCAs and support regulatory/compliance reporting.
• Coordinate EPR reporting and Sedex program administration.
• Support market intelligence, marketing materials, and customer-facing sustainability data.
