We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to support sustainability initiatives across data centers, focusing on electrical systems, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will lead projects aimed at achieving key industry certifications and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze electrical and energy data to identify gaps and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Ops, Sustainability, Compliance).
• Manage project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Use tools like Azure DevOps, Kusto, and SharePoint to track and report progress.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with data center operations, energy compliance, or sustainability programs.
• Familiar with industry standards: ISO50001, ISO30134, EU Taxonomy, etc.
• Proficient in Kusto, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
