Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as contact for employee questions, time-off requests, and concerns.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
