Job summary

MAPEI is seeking a Sustainability Specialist Intern in Deerfield Beach, FL for Summer 2027. You will join the Technical Services team to support sustainability projects, coordinate initiatives, and promote sustainable products and practices.

This 12-week, full-time internship (40 hours/week) offers hands-on learning, exposure to BI, reporting, and data visualization, mentorship from experienced professionals, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (juniors and seniors preferred).
Interest in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or environmental initiatives.
Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities.
An innovative mindset and strong motivation to learn and succeed.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Support sustainability projects, programs, and promotional initiatives.
Research industry trends, best practices, standards, and customer expectations.
Gather and organize sustainability data, product information, and project updates.
Assist with presentations, reports, communications, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, product, sales, and operations teams.
