Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's/graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (juniors/seniors preferred).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests and assist with resolving user issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, mobile devices, and connectivity.
• Assist with computer setup, software installation, and new-user onboarding.
• Support user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests.
• Document service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Help maintain IT equipment inventory and support equipment deployments.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve or elevate technical issues.
