Job summary

ERM, the world's leading sustainability consultancy, seeks a Consulting Director, Senior Industry Advisor to deliver complex advisory projects and drive client development in M&A and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee technical due diligence, risk assessment, and financial modeling support for buy- and sell-side transactions and project financing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical consulting or engineering experience in energy / infrastructure.
• Strong ability to identify risks in technical documentation, site visits and discussions.
• Proven leadership and project management in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent report writing and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of proposals including scope, scheduling and terms.
• Deliver large, complex consulting and due diligence projects or phases.
• Lead project delivery, providing technical, operational and business plan evaluations.
• Coordinate deliverables, Q&A, client meetings and reports.
• Collaborate with SMEs and subcontractors for project execution.
• Support internal development to improve the infrastructure service line.
