Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Director, Senior Industry Advisor to deliver a range of projects and drive client development in M&A advisory for energy/infrastructure sectors. You will lead technical due diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support sales targets across accounts with Partners and Account Management.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with a bias toward civil/chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 8+ years (15 years preferred) in technical consulting, engineering or operations in energy/infrastructure.
• Strong ability to identify risks and opportunities from technical docs, site visits and discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation and ability to work in fast turnaround teams.
• Able to produce high-quality reports and presentations in client-facing roles.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, financial models, designs, budgets for industrial projects.
• Knowledge of asset integrity and performance (HSE, maintenance, availability).
• Ability to manage or coordinate complex project delivery across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal delivery including scopes of work, scheduling and terms.
• Deliver large, complex consulting and due diligence projects or phases.
• Lead client-focused evaluations of investments in infrastructure assets.
• Coordinate Q&A submissions, management sessions, client meetings and reports.
• Collaborate with SMEs across ERM to support project delivery.
• Complete internal tasks to improve ERM infrastructure service offerings.
• Understand ERM practices and policies and apply them to business models.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through delivery and meetings.
