Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture.
• Experience with waste management and sustainability.
• Customer- and commerce-oriented background.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to minimizing internal damages or costs related to IKEA products.
• Take action on products to give them a second life (repackaging/assembly).
• Present products in As-Is with strong commercial expression and pricing.
• Support store quality by improving customers' perception of IKEA products.
• Consider sustainability impact when recovering products.
• Promote an inclusive IKEA culture among coworkers and customers.
