Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Minimize internal damages or costs related to IKEA products.
• Take action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
• Present IKEA products in As-Is with pricing attractive to customers and store goals.
• Support the store's quality work to improve customer perception of IKEA products.
• Consider sustainability impact in recovery decisions.
• Contribute to an environment that embraces IKEA culture and diversity.
