Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Material Handler to safely move materials within the facility and manage pallets in alignment with sustainability goals. This onsite role requires forklift operation and accurate material handling.

The position supports production and shipping, with emphasis on inventory checks, labeling, and safety compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma and forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
• Stage materials for production and shipping as required.
• Verify counts and condition of materials; report discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and organization of storage areas.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials and products.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collect and sort used pallets from warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair, reuse, or recycling options.
• Coordinate pallet returns with vendors or recycling partners.
• Maintain accurate records of pallet quantities and recycling activity.
• Keep pallet storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support company sustainability and waste‑reduction initiatives
