Amazon's Sustainability Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance support for the company-wide Waste partner strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can influence senior executives and drive strategy across geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.

You will partner with business leaders to deliver planning, performance reporting, and scalable processes, shaping annual and 3-year operating plans while protecting the integrity of financial records.

Responsibilities

• Driving strategic investment analysis and working to partner teams to drive adoption
• Managing and reporting business performance, including goal development and tracking
• Developing rhythm of business documents (i.e. Annual and 3-year Operating Plans)
• Establish mechanisms and processes that are repeatable and scalable to gain efficiencies across Amazon's diverse businesses
