Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sustainability Finance Manager to lead financial strategy and controllership for centralized environmental programs. You will partner with business leaders to model investments, optimize free cash flow, and design scalable capital allocation frameworks across geographies.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with senior stakeholders, ensuring policy compliance and financial discipline.

Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
5+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and creating escalation plans.
6+ years of building financial models and delivering recommendations with impact.

Responsibilities

Build long-range financial forecasts integrating plan data with actuals.
Partner with leaders to drive innovative solutions and controllership for central programs.
Lead reviews with VP+ stakeholders on performance, risks and opportunities.
Design controllership mechanisms for centralized global initiatives.
Develop scalable capital allocation frameworks to evaluate investments.
Drive free cash flow optimization and process improvements.
Enforce financial policies to protect integrity of records and efficiency.
