Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Project Manager - Sustainability and Energy to drive energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives. You will plan, manage, and deliver projects spanning renewable energy, building performance, and sustainability reporting.

Based at our Reading, PA corporate HQ, the role requires on-site work four days per week with one day remote. Collaboration across facilities, real estate, finance, procurement, and leadership is essential to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Management, Construction Management, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects (onsite solar PV, battery storage, other clean energy).
• Support solar development activities: site assessments, feasibility, permitting, vendor coordination, project execution.
